Pre-contract Information Form
Effective date: 1 October 2026. An order is governed by the version published at the time of the order and accepted on the checkout page. Earlier versions are available on request.
What you need to know before placing an order: who you are buying from, what you are buying, the total price, when access opens, the right of withdrawal, termination and complaint routes.
What this form is for
This form contains the information that must be given to you before you place an order under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). On the checkout page this form is shown again, completed with the number of people, unit price, total amount in US dollars including taxes and date for your order. An order cannot be placed unless the box "I have read and accept the Pre-contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract" is ticked. The text you accept is sent to your e-mail address together with the order details and is kept by us.

Main characteristics of the service
AI Work School is an AI-use advisory service delivered through online work modules. The service is provided through eight online work modules, practice steps, application to the company's own documents, module notes (PDF), and audio and video explanations. Module 01 is open to everyone free of charge; Modules 02–08 are unlocked with a seat. The modules are available in Turkish, English and Arabic. Live sessions with an adviser and individual project work are not included in the service. Each seat is for one named person, remains open for twelve months and may be used on no more than two devices at the same time. The service does not guarantee any particular business result or productivity gain. The decision to use AI outputs, and responsibility for doing so, lies with the buyer.
Total price
The price is 149 US dollars per person for 12 months, taxes included. In a single order the price per person is 134 US dollars for 10–24 people, 127 US dollars for 25–49 people and 119 US dollars for 50–99 people; for 100 or more people a written quotation is given. No tax is added on top of the price shown; the total you pay is shown in US dollars on the checkout page before payment. Prices are in US dollars and include taxes; no tax is added on top. Payment is taken by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record; Polar e-mails the invoice and tax receipt. If your card is in another currency, the conversion is made by your card-issuing bank. The amount shown on screen before payment is final. Seats added to an existing order are valid until the end date of the main order and are priced separately at tier price × remaining months / 12 (remaining period in whole months rounded up, minimum one month). There are no delivery charges, deposits or guarantees. No additional fee is charged for using the means of distance communication.
Payment, access and invoice
Payment is made in US dollars by debit or credit card on the secure payment page of Polar Software, Inc.; your card details do not reach us and are not stored. Seats are activated automatically when the payment approval reaches our system. If an individual buyer has not requested early access, access opens after the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired. The company manager invites employees by their e-mail addresses; a seat is activated when the invited person signs in with the same address. Access lasts twelve months and does not renew automatically; no second payment is taken without a new order. A receipt and invoice showing the tax are sent to your e-mail address by Polar after payment. This invoice is issued by Polar Software, Inc. (USA) as merchant of record; it is not a Turkish e-Fatura or e-Arşiv document. Activation of access does not wait for the invoice to be issued.
Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
A natural person who purchases the service for purposes other than commercial or professional purposes is a consumer. Sales to individuals (consumers) are made only to persons resident in Türkiye. A consumer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal is given within that period in writing by e-mail to hello@aiworkschool.com, to the KEP address sugrupenerji@hs01.kep.tr, or to the full address above. It is sufficient to state "I withdraw from my order no. … / dated …"; you may also use the form on the Cancellation and Refunds page. No later than fourteen days after the notice reaches us, the full US dollar amount collected is refunded to the card used for payment, without any deduction by us, and the seat concerned is closed. The Turkish lira equivalent of the refund is determined by the exchange rate of your card-issuing bank on the day of the refund.
When the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
Under Article 15(1)(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires. In addition, under Article 15(1)(ğ), there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form. For this service, performance begins, for a seat, when the first paid module (Modules 02–08) is opened or a module note is downloaded. By a separate box on the checkout page, you confirm that you want access to open within the withdrawal period and that you know that your right of withdrawal for that seat will end at that moment. Ticking this box is not mandatory. If you do not tick it, your access opens after the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired. For seats that have not been used at all, the right of withdrawal continues within the period. Opening the free Module 01 and use during the introductory period do not affect the right of withdrawal. Sales to individuals (consumers) are made only to persons resident in Türkiye.
Consumer's right of termination (only to the extent required by law)
A consumer who has a right of termination under the legislation may terminate the contract in writing through one of the contact channels above. Termination takes effect within seven days after the notice reaches us, and you are notified of it in writing. The fee for the whole months remaining after the date on which termination takes effect is refunded within fifteen days to the card used for payment. A month that has begun and the period until termination are deemed used. No separate refund is made for downloaded module notes. Sales to individuals (consumers) are made only to persons resident in Türkiye.
Refund of unused seats
The fee for seats that have not been used at all is refunded if requested in writing, from the e-mail address used in the order, within thirty days of the purchase date. A seat is deemed used when the first paid module (Modules 02–08) is opened or the first paid module note (Modules 02–08) is downloaded with it; sending an invitation, signing in and opening the free Module 01 do not use a seat. The full amount is refunded, with no deduction. This rule does not restrict the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal. Sales to individuals (consumers) are made only to persons resident in Türkiye.
Company purchases
A buyer who purchases the service on behalf of a company, business or self-employed professional, for commercial or professional purposes, is not a consumer. The statutory rights of withdrawal and termination do not apply to such a buyer. For company purchases, refunds are made only under the unused-seat rule above. The merchant provisions of the Distance Sales Contract also apply to a company buyer. Companies outside Türkiye are also subject to the International Business Terms of Service.
Technical requirements and protection measures
An up-to-date web browser (the latest two versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox), an internet connection and access to a chat assistant are sufficient (for example, an account at chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com or claude.ai, or an assistant provided by your company such as Copilot). These tools do not belong to SU GRUP and are subject to their own terms. No software is installed. Modules are displayed only while the seat holder is signed in; a session may be open on no more than two devices at the same time. Module notes are provided as PDFs without copy protection; any PDF reader is sufficient to open and print them.
Complaints and disputes
You can send complaints to hello@aiworkschool.com, to our KEP address, by telephone (+90 312 911 36 53) or to the full address above. Sales to individuals (consumers) are made only to persons resident in Türkiye. For consumers resident in Türkiye, disputes below the monetary limit announced each year by the Ministry of Trade (TRY 186,000 for 2026) may be brought before the consumer arbitration committee at their place of residence or where the transaction was made. For disputes above that limit, they may apply to the consumer court, subject to first applying to a mediator.
Retention of records
The moment you accept this form and the contract, the version and digest (özet) of the text you accepted, the order and payment approval, your early-access choice, notices of withdrawal and termination, and, for each seat, the moment the first paid module was opened and the first module note was downloaded are recorded. These records are kept for at least three years and at most ten years, for the limitation period for disputes. They are evidence on which both you and we may rely in a dispute. You can always access the texts you accepted from the e-mail sent after your order; on request, they are sent to you again.

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish text prevails.
