Terms of service
The terms that will govern access to AI Work School, company cohorts and learning materials.
Service scope
AI Work School provides training content, practice environments and controlled AI-assisted learning flows. It does not provide legal, accounting, employment, medical or investment advice, and an AI output is not a substitute for a user’s professional judgement or approval.
Company access
Seat counts, named-user rules, access period, support scope and any company-specific learning context will be set out in the applicable order form or agreement. A manager view must not expose private learner conversations unless a separate, lawful and clearly disclosed rule applies.
Acceptable inputs
Users may enter only information they are authorised to use. Passwords, payment-card details, special-category personal data, confidential third-party data and source material restricted by law or contract must not be submitted to the learning environment.
Human authority
No instruction, draft, score or automation authorises an external message, payment, employment action, contractual commitment or other consequential action. The user or an authorised organisation remains responsible for checking sources, permissions, accuracy and final action.
