Where things stand today

Purchasing is open. Payment is taken on the secure page of Polar, our merchant of record; the pre-contract information and the distance sales contract are shown and accepted before every order.

Write to hello@aiworkschool.com; a person at SU GRUP reads it. A written request by post can also be sent to the registered address above.

Steps to purchase

(1) Press the "Buy" button on the pricing page. (2) Select the buyer type: individual (only persons resident in Türkiye) or company. (3) Enter the number of people and your billing details. Companies outside Türkiye tick the non-residence declaration. (4) The system shows the tier price according to the number of people and the total in US dollars, taxes included. Prices are in US dollars and include taxes; no tax is added on top. Payment is taken by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record; Polar e-mails the invoice and tax receipt. If your card is in another currency, the conversion is made by your card-issuing bank. The amount shown on screen before payment is final. (5) Read and accept the Pre-contract Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract, completed with your order. If you are an individual buyer, choose with a separate box whether you want access to open within the withdrawal period. Sales to individuals (consumers) are made only to persons resident in Türkiye. (6) Press the "Confirm order and pay" button; this step entails an obligation to pay. (7) Enter your card details on Polar's secure payment page. (8) When the payment is approved, the result page opens and the accepted texts are sent to your e-mail address together with the order details. (9) If you are a company buyer, invite your employees by e-mail from the manager panel.

Correcting errors

Before pressing the confirm button, you see the number of people, buyer type and billing details in the order summary and can go back and change them. If the amount changes while you are on the page, no payment is taken; the new amount is submitted to you again for approval. For an error in billing details that you notice after payment, write to hello@aiworkschool.com.

Storage of the contract and access to it

The Pre-contract Information Form and Distance Sales Contract that you accept are sent to your e-mail address together with the order details; we recommend that you keep this e-mail. SU GRUP keeps the version and digest (özet) of the accepted text together with your order for at least three years and at most ten years, for the limitation period for disputes. On request, the text is sent to you again. The current texts are always on this site's legal pages.

How your personal data are processed is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Notice (KVKK).

Complaints and dispute resolution

For consumers resident in Türkiye, disputes below the monetary limit (TRY 186,000 for 2026) may be brought before the consumer arbitration committee; for disputes above that limit, they may apply to the consumer court after applying to a mediator. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara (Central) have jurisdiction over disputes with merchant buyers.
