Exam Pack Terms

1. What you buy

• A personal licence to use one exam pack for 24 months, starting the day your access opens (by 15 December 2026 for pre-orders) or the day you buy, whichever is later. Every update we make in that time is included. It is a licence to use the material, not ownership of it.
• Access works with the licence key Polar emails you, on up to 3 devices. Do not share the key: a shared or resold key is switched off without a refund.
• The questions are original practice questions written by us. They are not questions from the real exam, we do not promise that you will pass, and licences and certifications are issued only by the relevant authority or body.

2. Refunds

• Before your access opens: cancel any time and get a full refund. If access is not open by the date on the product page, you get a full refund without asking.
• After your access opens: you can have a full refund within 14 days of the day your access opens (or of your purchase, if later) as long as you have answered fewer than 50 questions and have not started a timed mock exam. We check this against our record of your key's use.
• Outside those limits there is no refund, except where the law requires one.
• If something is wrong with a question: use "Report an error" under it. We check every report, fix what is wrong and log the fix on our quality page. This does not affect your legal rights if the pack is faulty.
• A refund ends your access: the licence key is switched off.

3. Free extension if you do not pass

This is an access extension, not a refund and not a promise that you will pass.

• Complete both full timed mock exams in the pack.
• Answer at least 80% of the questions released in the pack.
• Take the real exam during your access period and send us the score report from the exam provider within 30 days of the exam date.
• We then extend your access by 12 months, free. One extension per pack.

4. How to ask, and what we keep

• Email hello@aiworkschool.com with your licence key and what you are asking for. A person replies, normally within two business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar.
• To decide refund and extension requests, we keep a record of how each licence key is used: how often the practice was opened, how many questions were answered and which timed mock exams were finished. We store a coded version of the key, not the key itself, and no name, address or device details.
• Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a pack that was delivered and used is disputed, this record may be shared with Polar and your card issuer.

5. EU and UK buyers

At checkout you ask for access to start as soon as it opens and acknowledge that your 14-day right to withdraw ends once the content is supplied to you. The 14-day refund in section 2 still applies on its terms, and so do your statutory rights if the content is faulty.

6. Who sells it

Polar is the merchant of record and takes the payment; its buyer terms also apply. The material and these terms are AI Work School's. Seller details are on the seller information page.
